Celestron Wedge for Evolution/SE/Origin tilts a compatible fork-mounted telescope so the mount can track around the polar axis rather than purely alt-az. That reduces field rotation compared with normal alt-az tracking.

It adds setup complexity and does not turn a fork mount into a precision German equatorial rig. Balance, polar alignment, vibration, and clearance all need attention.
